Posted: Sun Aug 31, 2014 11:09 amAdded a link to the IRC-Channel on the main menu, it will open up a webchat in a new-window, connect to channel #darkdemon and set your nick as your current username with DD in front to prevent collisions with other nicks on the network.

One thing about IRC-chatting. If you join the chat and nobody is there, don't go, just stay and if somebody really wants to talk they'll mention your nicknames and you'll recieve a notification. Or you try to mention theirs and wake them up or whatever. That's just how it works.

This time, I am not even going to bother with shit like mibbit or anything, I am just going to explain how you can set up hexchat in 5 minutes.

Better I am stealing this guide I found, which explains it p well, change the channelname to #darkdemon on Autojoin channels obv.
Also you don't really need SSL, so feel free to untick that and use irc.rizon.net for the network.
That's all you now can use hexchat like a normal chat application, just fire it up, wait for it to connect and chat.
Registering is fairly easy too.
First follow these simple steps to register yourself on the rizon network.

Then go back to Network List in the main menu on HexChat
Edit rizon again
Choose Nickserv as Login method and type in your password you set as you registered.
Now you'll automatically "login" when you connect and you will be registered on the server so people can't fake your nick anymore etc.
That's all, it's p simple and almost every animation community has an IRC-channel, so why don't we.
Everybody is free to join, just don't be retarded, that is all.
If you wanna know something and I am in the channel, just type in "tenks" so I get a notification. It has autocomplete, so just type in two letters and press tab, tadah!
