The bottom file can be deleted, the top one can't.

It's because there's another file in the directory called 'base.stk'. Because the other file does not have a capital b, they are allowed through, but MySQL must be getting confused by it.
I've added something that should stop that, however all filenames will be automatically made to lowercase.

I'll get Juke or Raymond to delete that file for you. My apologies.

Is this still a feature? I might be doing this in the near future
