So yeah, DA has basically threatened us saying he will sue us or whatever if we don't get rid of our DD logo.
It's devastating when we realize he actually owns it all, but it looks like we will have to make a new logo.
I would appreciate if you guys could make and post logo's here, whoever makes the best one wins!

I dont know this part is kinda fair, although his is an ass he did pay money for it and it is his right to abandon the sight. He also has the right to come back and protect his possessions. Getting a new logo isnt the end of the world and really its only fair.

Here's an idea. You know how in PA the logo is pretty much made of sticks and joints? Well, I came up with a little idea like it.

I wouldn't consider it poor form. We are his biggest competitor now, and we are using his defining logo without his position.

Sorry for sounding like im defending him but if I were in his place I'd do the exact same thing. Ya know? Everything here just seems so once sided (and for a good reason) but I also think that we should look at where hes coming from. I just think attacking someone without a voice is kinda lame.

I hope that the new logo puts the old logo to shame.

yeah, we aren't exactly hating someone without a voice, he's shown his true colours and they aren't pretty
i understand the whole competition thing you're getting at but really suing someone over using a logo they created in the first place is really B.M.

I know that I said I was done posting but, I didnt know that he was logging on every day. It would be one thing if he hadnt been logging in, I thought he wasnt and there could be a million reasons why someone wouldnt be logging in and some excuses could excuse his behavior... but if had been logging in everyday and saw that there were complaints and that he did nothing about it doesnt excuse his behavoir and I take back all of the things that I just recently said. Sorry I didnt know the whole story. Hes much worse than I thought he was.
