I don't think we have to worry much about DA. There's nothing he can do. Although I will let you guys know that he threatened me and my friend Jim, saying that we should remove "his" logo from our banner or Jim will lose his hosting service. I told my friend Jim and he pretty much laughed. My friend Jim was saying we're already half way there. We altered the color of it, now just alter the image a tiny bit so the skull doesn't look exactly the same. After that he can't get us for anything. We'll have nothing he owns on this site.
