Staff Rampage, fail.

Going to re-do this animation, just need help on what I did wrong in this animation

The red sticks reactions are okay, but maybe make him step back a bit more.
As for the black stick however, his back is too stiff, loosen him up a bit. Also, those blows with the staff should have been more powerful. He looks like he's merely tapping him :)

As for the swing, it doesn't accelerate at all, but it needs some heavy spacing with a good pronounced easing at the beginning of the staff spin.
It doesn't bother me if the two first blows are weak, but the third really shoud be stronger.

And without the stiffness that LP pointed out, this will give quite a good animation if it's fixed. (except it's a bit short)
