Heres the piv just in case anyone wants to show me sumthin else I could have done.

It's smooth, but damn that dude has a weak punch. He's leaning forward the entire time, try using his back to help display the power. Start with him leaning back and as he throws the punch have his back move forward with his arm. The power of your punches comes from your own body weight.

I'd like to add that you can have him lean forward for the fighting stance. Just move his back backwards and make it curve a bit out when he winds up the punch. This will also force you to get the timing right, rather than rushing the punch out. I think you could have 1 or 2 more frames where he brings his arm back and 1 less when he actually punches. If you look at an actual real life punch, you'll see that the arm accelerates really fast, so you can use that first frame you used for the punch to keep the arm back a bit more and then just immediately get into the punching frame.

If you want I can animate something for you to show some things off.

I went kind of overboard on the poses, but at least it's clear now. You can see how I moved the back out when he was taking the step forward. The poses are all exaggerated, so I hope that it's still clear. Here's the .piv file: user-files/punchay.piv

Other things you can do is add little flashes or tremors. That's probably a lot stronger than what I did, especially since I got carried away this much. But still, strong poses and big spacing make it look really good and like you know what you're doing. You can also have slight bumps so the spacing doesn't really flow as much, but that's risky.

Our clan weekly involved beating up a guy called BBKING from SP after he stole art and annoyed us.
I should lose my intermediate level for this lol.
The animation wasn't meant to be taken seriously though, so I was able to slightly rush it.

That's a great looking animation Nanixon, except for the parts where you purposefully animated poorly, but that was because of what you were trying to tell in the animation so it doesn't really count anyway. I liked the close up and the 3D with the two figures that were animated well. It was an interesting animation to say the least.

I can relate on that with my weak laptop...
It is just you, but not only you, so don't worry. It happens often with large sized gifs.
