It's neat that you're applying this technique in Pivot. It seems to work out better in Flash, but your animation's still pretty good!

I find a hybrid of pose-to-pose and straight-ahead works well, like a story-board where you do all the main poses. Then you do straight-ahead and don't worry about the poses being exact. In my opinion, it's best to prioritise motion over poses.

Very nice stuff though and I like that you played with the timing. Lots of power in this too.
