So I tried double framing with 24 FPS for the first time

This animation is so nice it makes me wana try animating at 24 fps with double framing. Also the gif doesnt do it justice, definitely download the piv, it looks way nicer that way

The last punch was barely seen, it happened waaaaaay too fast. I think you should double frame it. Otherwise, I liked it, loving that style :)
