Hey that's not that bad. His front arm should extend out a little more and instead of his head bobbing around so much, his head should be stationary and his back should be moving from left to right more, but it's a believable run.

You could have made something a lot longer if you used a slower frame rate though.

I think it's cool you could animate at 33 fps. I can't animate at that rate. Everything Ray said was accurate, his arms should extend more, it looks more realistic. Good job though.
