Might have been intentional but the run poses are pretty awkward and there is a big fumble with spacing consistency.
The fluidity is nice though i guess.

Anyway, the jump wasn't really that noticeable. He could of bent his knees and hunched his back a little to emphasize the jump more. Keep animating.

You can see how the stars in the flag on the right change at a certain point, still it would have been awesome if real Obama had done that kick. Would make hhim like 5x more awesome.
