Slow it down, slow it down! He's not in a hurry, he's just walking. Think of the amount of frames you use for a run. Now a run is about 2 to 3 times as fast as a normal walk, but the steps are also a bit further. So taking that into account, if you were to use 4 frames for a single step in a run, you should use 7 or 8 frames for a single step in a walk. I'm pretty sure you don't reach that.

The only problem I see is that it's quite stop and go, I actually liked that angry walk lol.

Keep the spacing constant instead of stop and go. With the front arm, make it keep bending when the upper arm is swinging back. This will make the flow look nice. The legs seem good and so does the back arm. :)

Typically stop and go would refer to something actually stopping guys.
The spacing definitely was inconsistent tho. For walks just honestly use the arrow keys and pixel count, 5-6 is good usually.
