You could of at least had him run in from off screen and not start it mid way. Just add like 1 more frame with him half off the left side of the screen and half on screen, then right click that frame, "insert frame", delete the figure, then right click the frame again, "insert frame" (repeated 5 times). The animation will look much better, as if he is running from off screen and it takes like 1 minute lol.

Other than that it looks pretty good. It's smooth and everything, the poses are not really realistic for the movement he is doing, and it seems sort of floaty, but this is freestyle so ignore all of that.
