You really need to take a look at some properly eased animations, that's your main flaw man.
Also, the flip is done really weirdly, usually they have a type of tuck to them. Fix up that and the easing and you'll see some improvement. It's pretty nice, the title and all.
Also, it would help to slow it down by a couple Fps.
