An IRC

Should we try an actual chat/IRC? I know we've done the skype chats which have failed miserably, but what if we had an actual chat chat with people moderating it and such. I think it'd be a good idea personally.

Skype chats always fail because of "Oh i'm too special for this chat"
Let activity pick up first i'de say.
