Battle Arena System

I originally posted this in the start of the forums but we figured it was best to wait a few months before we decided again.

Hey guys we should get a Battle arena system here. Its fun.
I mean Stick Page has it's RHG system.
Pivot Animations has its PBA system.

We could have our own System like Demon Slayer System or the dark Arena.
Rules
[*]You can use only 1 Gladiator.
[*]You can also use any PBA or RHG you own.

Explanation

[*]Name: Self Explanatory
[*]Image: An avatar image of your Gladiator
[*]Attack: The Damage your Character can do to his/her opponent. 1 means making only a scratch while 10 meaning destroying The Empire State Building With One Falcon Punch.
[*]Defense: The amount of damage a character can block. 1 means taking damage from a pat on the back while 10 meaning Standing in the way of a Torpedo and receiving only minor Injuries.
[*]Accuracy: The accuracy of an attack. 1means being a clumsy moron or a mindless zombie. 10 means being able to put even Jack the sniper (SWAT animation series) to shame.
[*]Speed: The speed of the movement of your character. 1 means being slower than a sea turtle on land while 10 means being comparable Yourichi Shihohin (Bleach).
[*]Weakness: Sensible weakness of your character. IT SHOULD BE SENSIBLE. Cause some people who have Gladiators who are able to bent steel and have the weakness = NORMAL HUMAN WEAKNESS.
[*]Demo: a short Demo of your gladiators abilities.
[*]Battles and Availability: Self explanatory.
[*]Appearance: The entire blow to blow detail of the Gladiators body.
[*]Attached Items: Can be any weapon of the character or a effect related to the Gladiator.
[*]Story: What made your character who he is today.
[*]Summary: A short summary of the character.

The forum's too inactive on the animating side for this to work.
Also, we tried a Free For All a while back too, the turnout wasn't fantastic.

You seem have a lot of "improvement" ideas for the site. Nice ambition, but like LordPivot said, people would have to be more active and stuff ... *grumble grumble*

Oh god please no. These things never work out. Pivot for most is just a hobby, as apposed to stickpage/fluidanims where flash was taken more seriously.

And I think we've already established PA is a disease so trying to pitch it as a good idea because they have it doesn't paint a pretty picture.

We've already had stuff like this a hundred times and it never resulted into anything good, really.

Also, is there a reason not to max out your character on every stat?

Well, if people want to do it, I see no reason why not (even though not many will). Also, to go with your point, there could be a maximum of 27 total so you would have to divvy up everything accordingly and tactically :)

This didn't work when we actually had active animators and surely won't work now. You can try and host it, but don't be surprised if you only end up getting 1 or 2 entries in.
