This is probably how I would do it:

Animation
× Animation Freestyle
× Anonymous Animation
× Pivot Animation
- × Beginners Hall
- × Intermediate Area
- × Veterans Hangout
- × Elite Zone
× Flash Animation
- × Beginners Hall
- × Intermediate Area
- × Veterans Hangout
× Organization
× Requests
× Tutorials
× Animation Chat

The ranked sections here being under sub-forums. It would make the index look a lot cleaner in my opinion. If people are still very much against sub-forums then I would probably just put Freestyle, Anonymous, Organization, Requests, Tutorials and Chat in a separate 'Animation Extra'-section or something like that.

I always used to get pushy about it being renamed "Veteran rise" I think that sounds swish as fuck.

We don't have elite flash animators yet, or even any way to rank them.

Flash ranks are fine where they are now, considering no one here on RT is even half decent at flash
