Hey if The Dark Admin Owns the logo doesn't he own the name dark demon.

Err... yes he does. He bought DarkDemon.org, so we had to change to TheDarkDemon.

Oh, but then wouldn't he be able to "sue" us for having Dark Demon in the banner, since he threatened to do the same because of the logo?

It's like in a game you see Nuka-Cola instead of Coka-Cola
We can get away with it

Also saying he owns the demon is like saying he owns Cthulhu, Dracula, Satan, etc.
We have our own demon for this site just like how DarkDemon has theirs <:

I don't know where some of you are getting the idea that he wants to sue us? It's true that it sounded like he was threatening us, but he never came out and actually said he will sue us. In fact, he's taking this a lot better than I thought and he's handling the situtation in a proffesional manner. He's not getting upset, which is a plus for us. Although he did request we change our forum's logo, since he technically owns the rights to the DarkDemon logo, which we already changed. He does own DarkDemon.org and Animator.net, but he does not own any domains starting with TheDarkDemon, so that's nothing to worry about. Idk about the "DarkDemon" at the top of the page.

I would normally worry more about these things, but he's already replied with a few comments stating that he does not care if we wish to move sites as a community, although he doesn't appreciate that we spam his forum with links to the new site. Not only does that make our community look bad, but it also pisses him off more and I'm doing my best not to piss him off, in the hope that we can all leave his site on a good note. So really no one knows if he plans to sue us, but I doubt that's what he's going for.
