Also never use customer support, they will ask to take over your computer to look for stuff on their on and then disable shit on your computer and tell you that you need to buy another one of their products.
I can't remember the name of the old customer service providers, but it's the same one and they changed their name because everyone found out about what they were doing and they were going to get sued.
