The newest animation is excellent. I can tell you put a lot of effort into it.

The effects were quite nice. The blood effects were awesome and the beam effect was animated very well.

From what I could tell, you mainly need to use some easing in your animations. For example, whenever the red character took his hand off his sword and put his hand down at his side, it just stopped suddenly. One frame it was moving fast and largely, then the next there's no movement at all.

Think of a car. You know how a car has to pick up speed for before it can go 50 mph? It also has to slow down before it can come to a complete stop. This looks believable to people because it's obeying the laws of physics. Having things suddenly stop and start breaks the illusion completely.

Speeding up/slowing down is also known as easing. Apply it in your animations and I guarantee you'll see a huge improvement. :)

I think you're improving man. Centred Origin was nice and I really liked the Tiger animation. There were some great combos in that one.

I can tell you're easing in places but sometimes forget in other areas. For example, when the scene pans over to the green guy on the right, he starts running but there's not much easing at all there. It could start that he moves to the left a pixel in one frame, next frame he moves two pixels, next frame 4 pixels, and he starts walking. He takes a step or two and then starts easing into a run. You don't have to follow this exactly, but it's just to give a basic idea.

I feel like you're definitely getting there but just need to practice some more. Anyway, keep up the awesomeness.

run looked a little off and overall it's a little stiff, but besides that it's cool.
