You could work on some of the easing on the head with the way that it shakes around a bit too much. The foot placement is inconsistent. And you should try and move the arms around a bit more in your animations. Try and make a longer animation for your thread man.
I can't really do much with this, as it's about 26 frames or so. But from what i can see, it seems like what i said is accurate.
