The most immediate thing that I notice is poses- they look really unnatural and painful to be in. Try looking at Senzo's tutorial to see what the defensive position should look like. The figure is off balance because the front foot is too far back and the legs are too bent and limp looking. It would also be better if the arms during the punches only stayed straight for one frame before snapping back to the defensive position. More snappy back movement would help to show power. The movement of the figure is really stop and go; try to keep the momentum consistent and apply flow. That kick was nicer than the punches, but still has some problems. First of all, you need the lower leg to snap right back after one frame of being straight. I'd also probably have the back bent in the opposite direction during the kick. You will also probably want the legs in the opposite orientation during that last pose.
Just work on it a bit, and this animation, especially that kick, could look really cool.
