As LordPivot said, the flip could be more smooth as you can try to flow the movements and not make it look a bit stop and go-ish. But you're improving, good luck.

Also only make one thread, your other one was locked. Just edit this thread when you have new animations.

Plus your animations are awesome. The flip animation looked good, but the spacing in the punch animation could use some work. I see shakiness so you've basically just got to check through the frames and make sure your spacing doesn't "jump" in places. Make sure that increases or decreases in speed are gradual and happen over a series of frames.

I guess that's the best advice I can give for now. :)
