Hey. I can give you advice to help you better get used to Pivot.

Firstly, I'd advise you to read some, if not all the tutorials on the site. This will help you alot. Mitch's tutorial http://thedarkdemon.com/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=665

After you do that, just practise. The more you practise and refer to the tutorials, the more you'll learn and improve. Asking the other animators here for CC (Constructive Criticism) will help condition you better for your next animation.

(Hope you dont mind that I linked him to your tutorial thread Mitch. (smile)
I think this is inspirational...

Movements themselves don't look too bad, but they aren't easy on the eyes. What I mean by that is you need more frames into each movement, less frames per second. Doesn't flow and each fluctuation in motion looks unnatural. Maybe instead of 2-3 frames from foot on ground to the leg fully extedned on the kick, try 5-7 frames of movement and cutting down the fps by 1 or 2. Experiment and see what works best. Maybe ask an interz or higher for CC. c:

The GIFs are playing too fast.
Mind that the GIF is always faster than what we can see in the PIV file. Don't forget to lower the FPS before exporting next time (wink2

Well there are alot of things to improve on here, but i think the first thing is that you HAVE to add more frames. Your frame rate is so high that everything looks rushed. Make the movements smalled and with special exceptions try to keep it in the onion skin (exceptions being Strong kicks, swords, really powerful punches) and even with those you only want a "snap" frame, and then the movement should ease right back into the onionskin. If you don't understand any of this PM me and i will provide better examples. Keep practicing!

These are pretty good, and you have lots of potential, but you need to slow these down a bit. It's a bit hard to track.

So the run loop is the newest one? I can see you have slowed down compared to the other animations over there, if it is so, you are improving, it's nice to know someone is teaching you, but it would be nice for you to post a longer animation so we can see what you are truly capable of :P
