These anims are pretty great. Very smooth, Eased and spaced properly. Just give it more, Maybe some stick on stick action na'mean? Keep em coming

You're stopping too much, I think your main problem is that you ease everything at the same time, so when he starts slowing down everything slows down, so it looks weird and unnatural. Try to make each limb have it's own spacing, for example if he's stops walking, his arms take longer to stop since he was waving them. Basically apply easing individually to the limbs instead of sharing it on it's complete movements.

Also some of your poses are stiff, mostly regarding the back. Try to make it more dynamic, bending it more at times to show more power and effort behind his movements.
