Yes

It's all too easy to make your figure go completely stiff when performing certain actions such as firing a gun, but you've done a good job of keeping the figure constantly moving, even if it's a bit rough and shaky and one-directional. I'd say your biggest issue in this animation is foot placement and shakiness. Try and keep your character's feet firmly planted on the ground unless you're actually trying to move them. As for shakiness, move your figure in such a manner that if flows smoothly; if your character moves their arm in one direction, keep up that directional movement until you figure it best to start transitioning to another direction/form. Don't have your character move/move something then suddenly jerk in the opposite direction, that's inconsistent and what causes shakiness.

Cool, this'll give me an excuse to animate a flip or something. These automatic revolving triggers seem fishy.

I'll give it another try another day.

It seems for every mediocre thing I make, I try a new one and feel worse off than I started with. Are there any good side profiles of someone pole-vaulting?

Edit: On second thought, the vault could probably pass unnoticed if you close one eye, spin a bit, and hop on 1 foot.

Looks awesome Chris! Although, I believe that when landing, the stickfigure's knees should be bending just a tad bit more.
Then again, I'm not really as advanced as you so I might be wrong.
Still, I'm glad to see you're still active! Keep it up!

Well it looks kinda floaty tbh. I don't think the bending down justifies the height of the jump. Also I think the arms should swing back more and the arms should go more with the <<flow>>. Because it seems like the guy was fighting against the circular force of the arms swinging back.

Honestly, I suck at any percise-detail cnc. I can do big picture ones cnc pretty good tho.

Ageeed soo much. I am kinda rusty and noticed the same flaw after uploading it.
It doesnt feel like he is pushing himself of the ground and i could've added more anticipation before that.

Looks like i gotta start over in beginners again.
