Alright I tried fixing up the arm movement. But he's just lunging to roar this one, not really stomping.

Yo, the roar kinda lacks in power/impact. Also the timing seems to be off. He should've had his mouth closed until the point he goes for the roar. Maybe let him lean back a bit and then release the roar within 1-2 frames. Like he'd charge up and then pumps it out. If he charges the roar, it will have some more anticipation.
His jaw should kinda vibrate while roaring (idk how to explain). Maybe add some substitle effect like particles/liquid/shockwave.

Alright, this is rather a warning roar so I didn't make him lean back.
There'll be sounds and some external effects added to the roar.
But I've managed to fix the gaping jaw:

1st Time attempting a punch like this, as well with the bouncing flow.
I'm wide open for honest criticism. (cheesygrin

Alright, so...
I tried to make a speedy-hits animation amd although I'm somewhat happy with the result, I'm also somewhat unhappy with it at the same time.
I'm pretty sure I didn't execute any of the fundamentals right, but at the same time, I'm not sure how to fix them.
Hence, I came here. How can I make this better?

eyo its nice to see you still animating xer! and like i heard somewhere that in order to make a punch look powerful, the foot doesn't have to go stomp forward if the punch is going forward per se, but in like the front foot should be kept stumped when the punch is being charged and hitting
