Please Donut eggnore
These are the things most beginners should work on. MrMushroom is actually really good, keep it up buddy !

1.You can see the stickman's back is completely stiff and it just simply makes no sense, you got those back joints for a reason guys.
Try moving the dot that is placed there for that exact reason- to make it more realistic and less stiff.
2.Than there's the fucking foot-placement issue here which isn't something that too many animators in the beginner section struggle with but it's still a problem for many animators. You can get rid of the ice-skate back, forward, left and right effect by simply keeping the feet in the same place, it's easier if you have onion skin turned on (which you should have by default).

3.spaciingI don't get how most of you still haven't understood that
if you move your figure like this: |-|-|-|-|-|-| it's going to look unrealistic. (mostly seen in fighting or falling animations)
Or if you choose to move it so: |-|-|----|-|-|--------------|--|-|-|----|-------------------------------------------------------|-| It will look terrible simply because the figure is stopping while doing a movement that should be consistent through out the movement and only slow down at the end or speed up at the beginning of the movement. (usually this flaw appears in running animations)
Just keep the spaces in between the movement like this in the frames: |-|-|--|---|----|----|---|--|-|-| This should help you out achieving more realistic and sexier animation.

Bonus tips
If you want to make your animation look more powerful don't make the ground just shake as if the hit was "hard af and so fucking hardcore"
try adding buildup to your animations, it's easy to achieve it, if you move the stickfigures whole body and not just the arm.
Don' resize the figure too much as it will just make your anime more jerky, there are some people who can pull off great stuff with a style like that for example Gary who is really fucking sexy.
Check out the fucking tutorials ! You can learn so much from each one of them.

Hope you don't suck as much now :)
Sorry for terrible grammar, English is not my native language.

Thanks Echo, and it's interesting to see you make something more beginner-like.

Yeah, my newest animation was too stiff and choppy so they demoted me to a beginner, all of staff is drunk right now so no one can move my thread yet. I hope I can get back to intermediate soon. /s
