nice thing there it's very shaky, keep your spacing consistent and don't let it change abruptly

actually i think the arm should be shaky while riding the horse i mean you are trying to keep balance on a running animal :p
the waving arm needs to be smoother and the horse needs some weight behind its movements

I got a serious hit of nostalgia seeing that animation again. In my opinion it would be best if you threaded it regardless of it being old. It's an entertaining animation that's also memorable and deserves to be put where it's easily seen. :)
