Goku's movements don't appear to have any purpose. I'm assuming he's trying to do some sort of kick attack but it's not conveyed very well. You would pretty much have to be spooning him in order for the kicks to have any effect.
Pay more attention to how all the individual limbs move between frames. There are some frames where the arms or leg stop moving suddenly, and then continue, while not changing direction at all. It leads to things looking choppy and incomplete.
Though honestly, why even attempt to learn Pivot in 2018? You should honestly be trying something like Flash (
or a free alternative) at this point. The Pivot community is pretty dead these days, you're not going to find much in the way of help or advice compared to 10 years ago.
