Daniël's Animations

Disclaimer.
All the .stk-figures I use are mine, if you'd like to make use of them, that's fine, but credits are much appreciated. Please don't ask in my thread if you can make use of them, you can just download the .piv-file and get your.stk's from there.
If you like any of these animations, please post a comment, I return courtesy if asked and I think your comment is worth it, so 'Nice animations, work on easing. Courtesy?' won't result in much response.
For either the .piv or .gif file, just click the corresponding links below the animation titles.

Rad tad radical.
Only thing: That last camera movement. After he goes off screen on the air scooter, the camera drifts back towards the center. Maybe it's just me, but it seems unnecessary; too much movement.
Awesome otherwise. Love me some Avatar shiznip.

Were you intermediate before? Cause I'd say this is intermediate.

You should definetaly take more time on the movements because half of it looks rushed or you're just really rusty.
Liked the effects even though they were simple and camera movement was nailed ;) The background was really nice too.

Glad to see you animate man missed that orginality of yours.
Keep it up!

Sadly, I was not.

I'm mostly just rusty (that and I've never been good in the first place), but thanks anyway.

Keep going like that buddy and you'll have a pivot war on your hands. And I don't think any of us would like that.
Ashero wrote:emblazon doesn't have piv

Fixed it.

Thanks for the comments, y'all. I added a rank poll, by the way, for those interested in voting.

huh, never occurred to me that you made animations and such. The old ones were nice, especcially the colours one.
main problem is spacing and poses really, you're resizing too much

I loved the background in your newest man, I didn't even know you still animated. It's nice but you have some weak poses, you need to emphasize each stance more to really feel the power in each attack. I guess the background panning you were going for worked out okay, I didn't really like it. I get that the tree is in front of him but the tree could still move a little more subtle. It's too back and forth for me. The physics were good, he could have bounced a little when landing on the air ball but that's just me being nit-picky. You re-sized the limbs too much in the end, you could have just made the ball bigger. You made nice use of the effects but you left out water, that would've been hard to animate, so I don't blame you. I liked this man, I hope you make more.

I love everything about your animations man. I think you just need to practice more actual movement. The anims are really original and I hope to see more.

Your newest animation is brilliant, not just the movements, but the detail is also amazing. The only real "issue" I found was that part where he does a little "backflip", he seems to lose his direction more easily than he should. He should go to the same direction for a bit longer, that would give a better impression of momentum. But regardless of that, that's one hell of an awesome animation.

Honestly, looking at all your animations together, your "issue rate" would be little enough for me to say you're either Intermediate, or very close. Keep them up man :)

I loved that new animation, it was absolutely superb. There was such fine detail, I almost thought it was flash. I loved the tranquil background, and the inclusion of elemental powers: The Last Airbender much? xD. Let's see, I'd say the camera panning towards the end was pointless. At least, when it jerks back to center. I feel as if the animation would look a lot smoother if the camera followed the character, but slowed down as he cut out. I liked the movements, definitely feeling that flow, mate. However, when he turns on the ball of air/wind, it looks a little choppy. I think you need more frames just for that, just to keep your flow going.

Alas, I'm impressed with it. Great job, loved it.

Thanks for the comments guys, it's very much appreciated. And since I don't want this to get locked, I've decided to have a small update that you may or may not enjoy. Hope you guys like it, even if it doesn't contain any stickmen.
