Well, you know how to ease your movements and how to avoid shakiness. Now onto the next step...

Too much stop & go in those movements, it ruins the flow of the animation.
You may need to look at tutorials about flow (and maybe doing longer animations)

That chicken reminds me of Combusken.

Anyway, I think you're animations are a bit too random to actually give some good critique on them. The movements are very limited or simple, I can see you have an idea of what you're doing and haven't opened Pivot for the first time, but it's really hard to judge what you're actually capable of.

Animways, I like your anims. It has style in it, I like that.
but They are waaaaay too short and random. Try to make combo animation, or something similar. That will show us more of what you are capable of. And yeah try to make longer anims.

You should try making an animation of at least 100 frames, that way you give something for people to look at and criticize, rather than only short animations like these.
