How have you been ?
Anyways, I really like that you updated your thread.
I've already seen a bunch of quality animations by you and you're improving step by step.
You're not quite there yet.
1st part of the sword joint:
These swings were already spot on, it just feels stop and goish due to the fact you eased out some movements a tad too much instead of using these frames for a transition into the next movement.
2nd part of the swordjoint:
you could've improved that dash effect pretty much or you could've added like 1-2 more frames for the stance after every dash so the viewer can follow up more easily.
It's just a little more, that you have to try and you'll be on the intermediate level, imo
