This guy may move his arms like he wants, but the fact that he has Zero recoil make the hits powerless... and the gray ball weightless.
Also, double framing in the middle of a movement (ie : the last kick) breaks the motion. Doing it in the beginning would have been better.

Other than that, it's flowey, both in body movements and color shade.

Nice animation, but most of the anim was with effects .. -_-

Lets take a look at this anim:

Well, the punch in the animation looked like it has no force/power >_>.. you should slow down a bit all those quick combo punches there.
Ya should also make the ball thing move a bit slower to show a little force and to show the ball thingy is heavy and hard..
