Your Problems are: Spacing, Easing, Choppiness, Stiffness, Physics....
Just keep making more animations, and dont forget to check the tutorial section often.

The framerate is too high, try to keep it at 16-20 frames per second and you'll be good.
The stickmen are shaky and hella stiff too.
You should ease the movements of the stickmen more and watch the footplacement.
I may recommend you to read the tutorials, watch others' animations and practice a lot.
