Dont make new thread for each new animation. Just Edit existing one and add animation there.
Well it is pretty obvious that you have focused on easing, not bad... that fall looks unnatural, the stk did not fall in that direction.
If you wanna get away from easing and spacing, along with stiffness problems Here is some Homework for Ya:
Try to make walking animation... and try to make it look as Realistic as you can make it. Move all the Joints in every frame.
