The old site should be dead. Nothing much to add.

Anyway, let's take a quick look at your anims.

This has easing, the momentum is spot on, which is good.
However, the little skakyness makes the handstand irregular, and the stickman is very stiff.

On the short fight, most of the movements are not fluid.
The first run has not a constant acceleration. Focus on the center origin first then position the limbs.
The reactions from hits taken are dull, making the blows weak. And the second lastest position is off balance. Also, watch the foot placement.
And this shakyness... Well, you have to read tutorials about spacing, i'm sure some theory will help you getting better.
