Work on the footplacement, i'll be honest, the foot looks like is on ice so that is only when the floor is REALLY of ice ;D, just keep the foot on the same posistion.

The first one is ok, but it could be better. I don't really know why he went up to it like that, but the back leg and back were pretty stiff, and the punch didn't have much power to it. It was also kinda shaky to me. 2nd one wasn't bad, but his poses and balance were meh. It made the punch look weaker to me. .3.

I can't see the punches, it's like Bruce Lee lmao. I think you should ease it after doing a punch so i can see when it hits.

Looking pretty good man. The spacing actually looks quite smooth (mostly) so you've eased well. The main thing that could use improvement is that you don't move the origin (orange node) much, which makes the stick-figures feel restricted to where they are. Don't be afraid to move the origin more as well as making the legs more animated.

It's probably just rust though. Once you're more comfortable it will most likely sort itself out.
