I`d reccomend you keep your tests on your pc. No offence but to get good cc you have to animate something longer than 20 frames. Try making at a least 100 frames of movement with a simple base. As Cressel said you need to study basics. So i`d highly reccommend you to animate something longer but simple. For example make these basic movements: the walk, the run and the jump. Start with making a scene where stick move from point A to B. After that you can try to make loops (when the figure stays in on place). Don`t forget to read some tuts btw.

Hope it helped a little, take your time and practise more and you`ll improve. Keep it up

No, I really meant in general. I don't really see you focusing on the things people suggest you focus on or doing anything that would help you improve

- Don't have figures punch from a calm position like that. Put them into a defensive position first.
- Foot placement. This is so easy once you're aware of it then not doing it well is just lazy.
- The back is too stiff, and needs to move forward with the punch to show power.
- The orange dot of the figure moves choppily and doesn't have enough "character" spacing wise. Have it ease forward or even backwards (depending on the kind of punch that you wanted) and then move forward faster during the punch.
- The non-punching arm is really stiff, but that could be fixed by my first point.

There is one thing that you need to know above all. If you turn every single animation that you make into a joke and don't put any effort or thought into them, you will not improve. I'm pretty sure you've been told this before, but apparently you didn't listen.

Every animation you make seems to either be you messing around or, occasionally, trying to animate something over your head. You need to focus on the basics, and try hard to improve them.

I really think you need to try spending more time on one single animation, and dont try to edit the stuff too much, just move on and keep adding frames.

You can try what Binh_vSliver did : focusing on one very-lengthy anim, he did improved a lot thanks to his big projects.
