When you animate the legs, try to position the feet in the exact same position as the previous frame, unless the foot is actually lifted from the ground. The slipping makes the the animation look kinda awkward.

And he Doesn't have enough force to push him back ward.. It looks like he's just slapping him, try making the body move on each frame to make it more smooth

Well, if we put aside the slippery ground and the small-but-disturbing shakyness, there is still some things to improve.

-Power : the stickman who punches has a very static torso when he hits. Try swinging your arm back and forth with force and you'll notice that your torso will follow a little.

-Stiffness : maybe you were aiming for realistic positions, but starting from that, it's hard to control the tiny little movements that makes something realistic.
Here, the movements aren't dynamic enough due to stiffness. Try to push the limits of the articulations, and you'll have more control on your movements.

Something good about this animation ? Reactions/Feedback, in my opinion.
