Hello, my name is Fear and I am one of the original 20 who joined TDD but didn't become much active until recently.
I am just a casual animator (not hardcore) but still want to improve my skills so tell me where to Improve. Thanks.

Hello Fear, I like that introduction gif haha :D

If I can give you an advice, then first, work on your easing. Easing is basically the most important thing in animating, it makes the moves nice and round.
I'd like to show you this tutorial, it includes easing as well. http://pivottube.pl/articles.php?article_id=28 (It's just the first chapter, about timing and spacing. But it is about the easing too, because it can't be seperated. Don't get confused too much with the terms, they aren't that important)

I think your animation is stiff. Your foot placement is also off. on this animation:

the guy just punched the other guy and he just slide like that. Also practice easing, foot placement, poses and other stuffs.

Work on your easing and stay away from complex animations for now I suggest. Work on basic tests like walks or punches, then when you can make a basic punch look almost perfect, when it comes to serious animations, you're armed to the teeth in moves at your disposal.

Good luck friend.

Just keep working on the basics, practice is super important to getting the hang of them.
