He started to run too suddenly with being stiff in his segments. That's not a mistake about being stiff, but it's not so spectacular to watch. Be more sequential about movements.
Grounding was fine. Running animation is okay too. Nice physics implemention while moving a box (slowing down). You feel the balance between stiffness/smoothness.
No bg. It makes me sad.

Spacing and easing are things you should work on for now ;)

bg will come eventually, but I want to focus on movements right now. Yeah running was sudden and was just an idea that ran with. I would of did the whole speed up into run in a smoother transition, but the idea of pushing the box shadow my thoughts and I could of did a sort of lunge like kick off into the run, but with limited space between him and box I just went with it. I didn't want to compromise the back flip anymore.

Also you can have bland background or elaborate background. If there was story behind this I'd put a bg to it, but the focus is to the animation of movements for which I want the focus to be on. I'll get to bg once I feel I can handle animating a bg and movements together.

Indeed hence the work with the backflip. It's a certain movement that orientated by spacing and easing because with the backflip you want to create an arch effect since when you are at the peak of acute arch I portrayed a slight slowness is need to be portrayed. The initial turn out of the flip was quite extreme and I input a few more key frames. Everything else is outlined in the response to Looz-Ashae

Looz-Ashae the easing and spacing issue is mainly in the walk into run which you pointed out. As well there could a be more closenit spacing in the landing of the flip.

Apart from what was already said about the easing, I also noticed that the hand slid up on the box rather quickly. I personally feel it would look better if he kept his arm lower when pushing. I just edited and saw how it looked in the .piv and I think it looks much nicer.

Yeah, I had n idea of him flipping the box, but didn't go through with as you can see. Indeed the hand could of been placed in original contact point.

btw UPDATE!-----First Post----^
---- Oh Dear! I realize he went up pixel after first few steps oh well.lol.

Very interesting!

Physics were a bit off at the start but after that physics were ok ;) I think more easing would have been ok there. As for the hand stand it was really stop and go it was literally like this:I---I---I---I---I---I---I-I
The handstand needed easing too. As for the fall it was really shaky in one part, when he slided off and held with his on hand it looked pretty much perfect! The drop off was pretty stiff, but it was as well a long animation I think i would get lazy there too haha.

That's all I could spot.

Keep it up !

The legs on the part between these two frames (1,2) look quite static, you should definitely try to move them more naturally and improve on the physics right there.
Looking at the animation as a whole, you improved quite a bit, nice job

tweaked the TRGG-Acro a bit so V.2 is up with a modification to the hand stand and swinging feet.

About your newest,

The bounciness is animated very well. Though, you should tweak the bounce of the ball. Think about physics and how gravity would affect it
