Well okay, back to serious.

All in all, judging from this lone test, you're pretty decent as your poses and spacing are good to a certain degree, although flawed which leads me to CCing your animation. But before I start, I'm sorry but quite honestly you're not exactly high beginner (something like this is high beginner to me). Lying to you would only hurt you even more whithout you realising it. You're more of a med-beginner to me although I hate sub-ranks and you can already see why.

As I've mentioned earlier your poses and spacing in your animation do seem quite decent for your current level, as far as I'm concerned, except that after the punch, things get slightly ugly as, because the torso is stiff and the whole body's movement doesn't relate to that one-frame punch, fluidity does not exist what so ever. And that applies to the kick as well. What's more than that is how unbalanced the pose as after the kick since weight was not equally distributed on both sides. Add that to how the arms shook everywhere because chances has it you didn't have a good idea on what pose to switch to next. My advice is to focus a lot of poses. Prioritize it over everything, and I tell that to almost anyone.

Keep it up.

nice work doing these tests to improve more and more. keep animating

every action has a reaction, and after the punch you should have moved the torso down a little bit. keep practicing, you'll be improving too.

cya
how you going?

Your step jab is too fast in my opinion, and the heavier punch could use some more movement in the rest of the body

Looking good though, keep it up. ;)

That simple combo was actually good, but you need to move all dots in one frame. It looks good enough for me :)
