lovely background!
the run look good so far, in my opinion, but pay more attention to the footplacement-the feet shake. also the shadow stick layers the actually stick at times, look out to have the actual stick on the top.
the spinkick was somehow.... stiff? there was not mcuh movement on the upper half of the stick, it makes it look kinda like, he was very demotivated to kick the other dude.

anyways keep it up (cheesygrin

People don't get veteran by using loads of effects and stuff. You should focus more on your movements than anything else really. Once you get those down, your overall animation skills will improve, too. You'll have a better idea on physics.

Commenting on your effects, they are pretty shaky and look REALLY rushed. Also, there's a bunch of stuff I didn't understand. In that second to first animation, what were those random flashing lights?

well the run looked a bit odd, practice a run cycle a few times, the shadow of the stick was infront of the actual stick at some points, i think the stick was really stiff when he was in mid air, the one before the spin kick was bad ass though, those effects were mad baller bro keep at it, if you want to improve them even more go for it theres no rush man, practice your bare bones movements whenever you want to, go at your own pace ;D
