yeah man, needs improvement. you could be good if you're willing to try hard. theres some good animation tutorials in the tutorials section here. i'd recommend reading THIS ONE. have fun on the forums man

You could easily improve that run loop of yours by a great margin if you just move that origin point in corelation with the whole movement of the body to get rid of the unwanted stiffness that your figures' poses have. Your loop also suffers from a lack of flow for how poorly looped it is. To be specific, the torso moves back and forth pretty fast for how far it's moving with no real transition nor overlapping what so ever.

In short, you're better off looking at someone running irl or in a video and analyse his movement.

its okay i guess but you should look at some advanced pivoteers pivs to create a more fluent run loop
