The animation looks good, If I had to point out a mistake it would be the punch of the red guy at the beginning, its powerless so try to removing some frames in the punch and do a more exaggerated pose so it looks good, this will lead to the red guy going further after missing the hit so power is not the only thing to fix. I like the smoothness and the idea itself of the animation, keep it up :D
