It is really really fast. You should work on making the movements have more frames, and example is this

a stick moving fast, sometimes it is good to have smoothing like this
|------|----|---|--|-||
What this means is, the stick moves a lot, then slow it down more and more, this will make a more realistic look to your animation, and can define how you animate.
A lot of animators have their own style of smoothing, which means theirs can look a lot different then what I posted above, but you want to use SOME smoothing atleast, so your video will look appealing :)

The way the stick stands up at the end is pretty unrealistic, it makes it look as if he was on ice.
I like your idea with the fast movement blur on the ground! that is nice! :)

Keep it up! :) Practice makes perfecto

Try to save it at a lower fps so its easier to see whats going on in the movements for better critique, the movements look choppy and stiff from what I can tell, Also the slow mo was the best part so good on that but try to work on the rest of the basics such as flow and easing

Yeah to add to The Specter's point in more detail, when you're saving your Animation as a .Gif there is an option to lower the Frame per second, which sometimes helps when you animate something like this, where it is extremely fast!
