I like how the box actually bends to the way it gets hit, and doesn't just dent in random places.

the stab looks off somehow but the rest looks cool except for some weak poses maybe

Yo nice stuff.. it's really fluid and doesnt contain much shakyness.
I suggest that you try to not break the bones of these sticks.
Try to let the joints point towards a logical direction. I suggest trying some basics like walking,running, combos etc.

It's proably one of my best animations:

Looks pretty good man! There could have been more frames with him bent over after the stomp, to show impact. Everything else is great and I liked the hop-stepping with those combos. :)
