I would say med beg, I don't know how to give constructive criticism, But i can only see that your momentum is kinda off, just work on it ;3

Those are some niiiiiice naruto and sasuke sticks. I'd rate you medium beginner really edging on becoming an high beginner. Like some of the animations are med beg, some are high beg. For criticism, I'd do better poses that can really sell hits and feel balanced.
