Your animations are good, but I think that u have problem with place feet. Try to place them in exactly last position and try to do better braking movements - then your animations will look better :)

Your animations are good but next time try to finish all moves. In animation 3 u dont finish moves of stick
Work on smoothnees and easing in moves ;) I think You are on the right road.
