Welcome to the forum.

There's a LOT of work to be done. The motions are unrealistic and sloppy and VERY stiff. There's a tutorial section on the forum, I recommend reading some of those and learn from them.

It's nice to see you attempting different movements. Whats the giant watermark on the video for though? Is that a website you used to upload your animations?
